Service Learning Team Project
Project 2 is a Service learning team project to prepare a set of as-built/existing condition drawings and propose energy efficient upgrades for one of the Town of Brookhaven Facilities. My team was assigned to the Holtsville Ecology Site Main building and greenhouses.
Residential Working Drawings
You have been contracted to prepare the working drawings/construction drawings and a 2 study models for a single family residence for a family of 5 with the following requirements:
1. The house is to be Energy Star compliant
2. The building is to be sited for active and passive solar gain and screened in summer
3. 2 story over finished basement with a separate 1st floor area for a grandmother who uses a wheelchair, attached garage and working fireplace/chimney
