Your client has contracted you to design a site plan set for the following proposal:

A single story daycare center with an outdoor fenced play area adjacent to the building that is 10-15% (min) of the site (additional to landscaping requirements) and a drop-off area.

Project includes: Proposed Site Plan, Grading, Drainage, Septic Plan, Cut and Fill calculations, Landscaping Plan, Site Plan details, 2 models at appropriate engineer scale (existing and proposed site)
